If you factor in that this is a society founded on the principles of religious freedom and separation of church and state .... does that help? Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Those are our rights. That includes practicing your religion as you see fit, and not infringing on anyone else's life, liberty, or pursuit of happiness.
